Walkthrough & design
We come out, look at your yard, and talk through how you want to use the space. Then you get a plan and a clear price, so there are no surprises later.
Engineered plans & permits
When a build calls for it, we bring in an engineer and pull the city permits, so your project is inspected and signed off start to finish.
Built clean by our crew
Our crew shows up when we say we will, keeps the site clean, and keeps your yard usable while we build.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished deck with you, and we do not call it done until every board and rail is right.

Boyt Home Improvement is a family-owned business, started in 2021 right here in Overland Park. Our owner, Hunter Boyt, spent about ten years framing new-construction homes before starting the company, and that framing background shows in every deck we build: square, level, and set to hold.
Decks are our specialty, but we also build screened porches and paver patios, and we handle interior work too, from new doors and windows to flooring. Quality is our top priority, and we treat your house the way we would treat our own.
